Deadline: December 31 st 2010
Project of a foundation-museum of contemporary art for a permanent exhibition of artists of international level that use any traditional visual or sonorous language like painting, sculpture and music as well as innovative media like digital photo, video, sound-art, installations or performances. The foundation-museum will have the form of a cross of 15 mt of height structured on 5 floors and formed by 7 solids in crystal with continuous  façades.  The project wants to give the possibility to every participating artist to build the permanent exhinition of his/her most representative art work. The symbol and the architectural as well as artistic value of the project wants to represent the power of the light that from inside the cross emanates outside the artistic message of he who builds with the strength of the thought. Such architectural project was born for becoming a real sculpture of light that during the night shines under the firmament changing continually through artistic experiences in evolution with the human kind. For this reason, temporary exhibitions will also be organized  together to the permanent presences of the artists that will contribute to the realization of the museum. The use of projectors on the glass façade would allow to exhibit photos,  video, animations and performances using the languages of the new media. An accurate selection curated by critics  and international artists  will attribute an elevated qualitative level to the foundation-museum. Every selected artist will be personally contacted by the organization and will have to fill an on line registration form.  The realization of the museum will take place on 2011.
